Jim Lockwood

Jim Lockwood, P.E., is Chief Executive Officer and founder of the Aero Wireless Group and its three companies including Comptek Technologies starting in 1998. Jim’s career spans 35 years advancing innovative infrastructure in the telecommunication, transportation and renewable energy industries. Jim led the development of the patented CityPole^® in 2016, today a nationally recognized family smart poles to expedite of small cells and IoT deployments. Jim established Wind Tower Technologies, LLC in 2016, developing tall wind tower systems in the US and Internationally. Jim previously served nine years as Principal of Jean Muller International and three years as chief executive officer of Egis Inc., US division of Groupe Egis, Paris. Jim holds a BSCE degree from the University of Cincinnati, MSCE from the University of Washington and was a research fellow at the Technical University of Denmark and Stuttgart.
